This website is part of the YouthPlugged group (”YouthPlugged” “YP”) – a network of websites, including YouthPlugged.Net and StylishSpot.Com (collectively, “sites”). Now, when you register at any one of these sites, you gain access to all the sites. These terms of use (“Terms of Use”) constitute a binding agreement between YP and you governing your use of YouthPlugged. By using YP, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use, regardless of whether you use YP to post any of your own materials or to view materials posted by other people. YP reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of YP after YP modifies the Terms of Use will mean you agree to the Terms of Use as modified. The collection of all content on this site is a collective work as construed in American copyright laws and is the exclusive property of YP and protected by copyright laws. The contents of our sites may be used only as a web-surfing resource. You hereby certify to YP that you are at least 13 years old. YP is intended for people who are at least 13 years old. Children under 13 are not permitted to browse YouthPlugged or participate in the YP community.

INDEMNITY

(b) YP MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) YP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) YP OR ANY SOFTWARE PROVIDED TO YOU THROUGH YP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF YP WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH YP WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (V) ANY ERRORS IN SOFTWARE AND ANY SOFTWARE PROVIDED TO YOU THROUGH YP WILL BE CORRECTED.
(c) ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF YP IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA OR OTHER LIABILITY THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.
(d) NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM YP OR THROUGH OR FROM YP SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS OF USE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF YP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE YP; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM YP; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON YP; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO YP.
STATE RESTRICTED RIGHTS
The materials on YP are provided with “RESTRICTED RIGHTS.” Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Philippine Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in applicable laws and regulations. Use of the materials by the said government constitutes acknowledgment of YP’s proprietary rights in them.
APPLICABLE LAW
The laws of Republic of the Philippines will govern the Terms of Use, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
